WEG_H Series - WiFi Battery Torque Wrench System (with Large Screen & Scanner)
The WEG_H system is a smart torque solution combining WiFi Battery Torque Wrench (with Large Screen & Scanner) and centralized management software for Industry applications.
The system integrates versatile functions including WiFi connectivity, code scanning, large-color-screen display, precise torque control, preset parameter/batch group settings, force curve viewing, remote locking and automatic data acquisition with multiple storage methods.
● Under WiFi, the torque wrench and centralized control center can communicate in real-time, enabling control of 24 wrenches simultaneously.
● This system meets the bolt tightening quality control and torque data traceability needs of industries like automotive, high-speed rail, aerospace, energy, and machinery. It’s an ideal choice for various manufacturing enterprises.
● For customers with development capabilities, the communication protocol can be opened. Users can make full use of the data collected by the tools to independently develop more management functions.
● Accuracy: CW±5% from 20% to 100% of capacity
● Large color-screen display with menu-based operation, which is easy to set up and use.
● Code Scanning Function: The wrench is equipped with a built-in scanning module, enabling scanned data to be uploaded in real-time to the centralized control center along with the wrench operation data.
● 7 Torque units: Nm, cNm, Kgm, Kgcm, Lbft, Lbin, Ozin.
● The target torque value for bolt tightening can be set. When the set value is reached, the wrench will stop automatically.
● 2 Work modes are switchable: Parameter Mode (executing a single parameter group), Batch Mode (executing a combination of multiple parameter groups).
● 50 parameter groups can be preset.
● 20 Batch groups can be preset. Each batch group allows for the configuration of multiple parameter groups and their execution times, meeting the requirements of the complex assembly process flow.
● Automatic zero reset during continuous use.
● After unloading, the peak torque and angle remain displayed, with the force application curve shown.
● Recent force application curves can be saved and viewed on the wrench.
● 3 Storage methods: Automatic, Manual and Qualified Storage.
● The wrench is equipped with a built-in memory and can store 5000 sets of data.
● The screen brightness can be adjusted.
● Automatically shuts down after standby time, and the standby time can be set.
● The menu language on the wrench screen is switchable: Simplified/Traditional Chinese or English.
● Battery level is displayed on the screen.
● Using an 18V high-capacity lithium battery that can be charged by a dedicated charger for replacement.
● When the number of tests reaches 5,000, a calibration reminder will appear on the wrench screen when it is powered on.
● The torque wrench comes with Centralized Control Center software, which can collect and record the real-time data from 24 simultaneously working wrenches.
● Two-way communication function: Users can set parameters either directly on the wrench or remotely through the Centralized Control Center software and then send them to the wrench, enabling flexible parameter management.
● Remote locking function: The wrench can be remotely locked via the control center, preventing parameter modification at the wrench end.
● When the communication between the wrench and the server is interrupted, data will be automatically stored in the wrench memory. Once communication is restored, data will be automatically uploaded. Data can also be manually uploaded via the USB Update Software.
