●   Code Scanning Function: The wrench is equipped with a built-in scanning module, enabling scanned data to be uploaded in real-time to the centralized control center along with the wrench operation data.

●   Angle Function: Developed by a team of experts and professors, this function adopts a high-precision gyroscope chip, enabling sensitive angle recognition on any plane.

●   7 Torque units: Nm, cNm, Kgm, Kgcm, Lbft, Lbin, Ozin.

●   2 Test modes: Peak, Track.

●   Target values can be set, with 5 Test Types available:

     - Peak Torque test, the target torque value can be set

     - Peak Angle test, the target angle value can be set

     - Peak Torque+Angle test, the target torque and angle values can be set

     - Beta test function, which can measure the torque and angle of tightening a bolt

     - Residual torque function, which can test residual torque

●   Preset group function: 50 sets of parameters can be preset.

●   MinAngle function: The minimum angle can be set to prevent repeated operations on the same bolt.

●   When the target value is reached, there will be audible, visual and handle vibration alarms.

●   Automatic zero reset during continuous use.

●   After unloading, the peak value and judgment light status remain displayed, with the force application curve shown.

●   Recent force application curves can be saved and viewed on the wrench.

●   3 Storage methods: Automatic, Manual and Qualified Storage.

●   The wrench is equipped with a built-in memory and can store 2000 sets of data.

●   Ratio function: For the non-standard calculation of head extension, input the coefficient once, and the system will automatically convert and display the actual torque value on the screen.

●   The screen brightness can be adjusted.

●   Automatically shuts down after standby time, and the standby time can be set.

●   The menu language on the wrench screen is switchable: Simplified/Traditional Chinese or English.

●   Battery level is displayed on the screen.

●   Featuring an 18650 high-capacity rechargeable lithium battery, it enables convenient USB-C charging on the wrench or quick replacement by charging the battery externally with a dedicated charger, eliminating downtime.

Centralized Control Center

●   The torque wrench comes with Centralized Control Center software, which can collect and record the real-time data from 24 simultaneously working wrenches.

●   Two-way communication function: Users can set parameters either directly on the wrench or remotely through the Centralized Control Center software and then send them to the wrench, enabling flexible parameter management.

●   Remote locking function: The wrench can be remotely locked via the control center,  preventing parameter modification at the wrench end.

●   When the communication between the wrench and the server is interrupted, data will be automatically stored in the wrench memory. Once communication is restored, data will be automatically uploaded. Data can also be manually uploaded via the USB Update Software.

●   There are two software programs for the centralized control center computer:
